How do I join?
You can join with ease by clicking one of our memberships and following the prompts. Once you complete the payment, you will have access to our gym with the GymMaster app.
Can I pause my membership?
Absolutely! For your convenience, we allow you to pause your membership at a minimal weekly fee. If you wish to take some time away, feel free to do so. Connect with us for more information.
Do you have shower facilities at your gym?
Yes, our South City Gym offers 24/7 shower access.
Can I cancel my membership?
Just shoot us an email and we can sort this out for you.
Are any memberships locked in?
No. You can cancel any DD membership after the first fortnightly installment with no fees attached. However, all upfront payment memberships are non refundable.
Is there a minimum age requirement to join your gym?
- Ages 12-14: Allowed during staffed hours with parent/guardian consent.
- Ages 15-18: Eligible for 24/7 access with parent/guardian consent.
You will have to be at least 12 years of age to access our gym
